教学过程

Warming up : Let’s sing a song, Bingo.

Step 1 Class opening and review

1.Greeting

T: Good morning, boys and girls.

S: Good morning, Ms Liu.

T: How are you?

S: I’m fine, thanks. And you?

T: Very well, Thanks.

Let’s play a game. Listen ang act. Big or small, fat or thin?(学生根据老师的指令做动作)

Talk about the animals .(panda monkey elephant)

T: Do you like the anlmals?

Ss: Yes.

T: I like the animals ,too. Let’s go to the zoo,okay? (出示动物园幻灯片)What can you see at the zoo? What colour is it ? Is it big/ small/ fat/ thin?

Step 2. New Concepts

1. Introduction

教师出示多媒体图片教学单词

T: What else can you see at the zoo? Today, let’s learn some new words about animals.(出示老虎图片)What’s this? It’s a tiger. 领读单词,板书。学生齐读,单个读至较熟练。

Talk about the tiger.(谈论老虎)Is this a tiger? Is it big? Is it fat?Look at the tiger’s tail.It’s long. Look at its ears. Its ears are short.(通过谈论老虎的尾巴和耳朵引出生词long short)板书并领读生词,通过描述动物特征,把生词带入句型练习。

同法教单词wolf bear和snake。教学时注意元音及字母组合的发音,注意复数的变化,让学生从各个角度对单词有全面认知。运用所学过的句子What’s this? Is this a ___? Is it fat/thin/big/small? What colour is it? Its ____ is(are)_____.引导学生对知识的全面掌握。在练读单词过程中评价。

A game. What’s missing?(出示图片,学生迅速说出缺失的动物)。

Learn to sing.

T: What is big? What is small? Let’s learn a new song, Big and Small.(学生跟多媒体学唱)
