Step1

Warming –up and leading in

Greet each other and watch a video about A Happy Song. Do some body exercises

T:Good afternoon class, after having two classes ,maybe some students are a little tired .Let us enjoy a song and do some body exercises , Video shows here.

(此处播放动画视频文件,这是一首轻松活跃的歌曲。大部分的同学都听过,猜测部分同学还能够唱出并且和着音乐的节拍。轻松并有效的导入。)

After watching and doing, students find out body language in this song. Then lead in the title, explain the the title to the students, especially key phrase “touch noeses”

T: Can you find out any body languages in this songs ?

Ss: Yes, claps your hands , nod your head and storm your foot.

T: Good ,today we are going to learn Module 11 Body language ,Unit1 We touch noses!(板书标题),do you know what is touching noses, look at the picture here.(picture shows)

Can you find out any body languages in our daily life? Let ’s share some more body languages. (Students can have a free talk)

Step 2 Learn some new words

PPT shows “Shake hands ﹨ bow﹨ kiss﹨ smile”with the body languages.

Write down the new words on the whiteboard.

Activity1: Match the pictures with the words and expression.

Step 3 Different country has different body language,In this unit , we will learn some body language about other countries . Let us learn more new words now.

Listening activity 1: Listen and match the pictures with the nationality(国籍).

And then work in pairs:

-----Are they French ?

---- Yes,they are .
