From my point of view, this kind of phenomenon is a social problem to some extent and we should take measures to improve the situation. Firstly, we are all living in the society, and we can’t avoid meeting different people around us. Besides, if we can be friendly to others, we can become a happier person after chatting with them. Last but not least, only when we all be friendly to others can we live in a friendly world.

I think it is a social phenomenon for us to improve. There’re several reasons accounting for my opinion. To begin with, we are living in the same country, and we are all friends and families, so we should smile to each other. Besides, if we offer to improve the situation, our life will be more interesting and full of love. Last but not least, open your heart and mouth to others.

“精芬”，可爱又有趣的灵魂

我有一个女性朋友，极注重个人空间，出门旅行要自己住一个房间，平时一起逛街，我们不会像其他女性一样彼此挽着手臂，一起聊天也不会近距离的交头接耳，因为任何一种没有距离的亲近都会让她感到局促。

我由此联想到一本漫画书——《芬兰人的噩梦·另类芬兰社交指南》，在绘本中有一位叫马蒂的主人公，书中描绘的也是典型的芬兰人的日常生活。

书中的马蒂不喜欢与人接触，在工作和生活中会尽量避免不必要的社交。作者对他有一段描述：一个典型的芬兰人，低调内敛，喜欢安静，重视私人空间；努力践行 "己所不欲，勿施于人"的待人之道，尊重他人的空间。

这本书引起了很多读者的共鸣，不仅是漫画的表现形式十分懵懂可爱，很多人也从中看到了自己的影子。比如，早上出门上班，老远看见邻居已经在等电梯了，因为不想上去寒暄，于是站在墙角等邻居先走；上了公交车，发现只剩一个座位了，却因为不愿意和陌生人并排坐而选择站着；开会的时候，同事讲完了方案，问大家还有没有问题，因为不想成为全场的焦点，于是把准备说出口的问题默默咽了回去。

以上这些看起来有点"社交恐惧"的事情，是否也曾发生在你的生活中呢？很多网友都自嘲是"精神上的芬兰人"，并由此产生了一个新的词条"精芬"。百度可以搜索到关于"精芬"的定义：泛指像芬兰人一样不爱社交，极度注重个人空间的一类人。

再看一下芬兰人的性格特征：他们习惯的生活方式是跟别人保持一定距离，不太喜欢表面上过度热情，但如果真把你当成朋友，就会对你特别好；不太注重外表，不以衣着取人，他们更多的是从内在素质去了解一个人；对其他国家的文化包容性很好，没有种族歧视，不会主观的评价他国的政治问题；芬兰还是世界上第一个女性可以参与选举的国家，男女在家庭中的角色分工也比较平等，彼此依赖性不强。

虽然芬兰人内向腼腆、不擅社交，但这并不代表着他们生活压抑。相反，英国智库曾对欧洲人的幸福现状做过一个调查，调查显示在"没有负面情绪"这一项上，芬兰人得分极高，而且在"积极情绪"这一项的得分也高于平均水平。这一方面是源于他们认真做好自己，减少不必要的社交；另一方面，芬兰作为一个森林覆盖面积达到70%左右的国家，人们的日常生活与自然及动物密不可分。他们热衷于在森林徒步，参加各种运动，喜欢养可爱的动物，例如羊驼，小马驹；他们喜欢自己建造美丽的桑拿屋，在白雪皑皑的冬天与家人一起蒸桑拿、喝酒、谈天；他们喜欢重金属音乐，森林守护员经常需要解救在森林里拍摄宣传照时迷路的重金属乐队，凡此种种，无一不体现出芬兰人热爱生活和全情投入的态度。

看了这些生活点滴，很多网友纷纷表示这简直是他们的"理想移民国"。因为在有10几亿人口的我国，特别是一线城市，工作和生活中想要拥有独立的空间和低密度社交简直是一道世纪难题。然而，人生有限，要有所得必然也要懂取舍，做你认为最重要的事情，即使"精芬"又何妨？

Discovering that the sort of anti-social behavior （反社会的行为）was viewed as normal rather than a flaw（缺陷） in Finland intrigued（激起…的兴趣） introverted（内向的） Chinese youth.?It has inspired many of them to silently rebel against the socialization which they feel their society often forces upon them. It teaches them that living alone and avoiding unnecessary human contact doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing. For many people, “Jingfen” doesn’t actually mean refusing to socialize. Indeed, living in a busy society that places great pressure on their shoulders, many people just want to keep some personal space for themselves. Indeed, if a person seems as introverted and unapproachable as Matti, they could still very well be warm and friendly inside.
