教学过程

Step I : Greeting

(1)Greetings

(2)Sing a song- Ten Little Indian Boys"《师生边作动作边唱歌

设计意图:简单的问候以及歌曲,在课的一开始孩子们体会到一种轻松快的课堂氛围,增进师生之间的情感交流,使学生进入一和自然的学习状态。

Step 2: Review the words

1)Review numbers up to ten thousand with the number game or write the numbers.

2)Review how to say time with “What time is it ?”

Step 3 : New words

1) The students should know the word number because they have seen it often in the previous levels. Write the numbers one to ten on the blackboard. Point the numbers and say “What are these? These are numbers.” Let them read the word one by one.

2) Add a zero before the number one. Say “This is a zero. Let's count! Zero, one, two...” Led Ss to read the word in different ways.

2. Use the student book and audiotape.

1) Write a phone number on the Bb , teach Ss to guess how to say the phrase in English. The students should read the word individually. Then write some phone number on a book , teach them to say phone book.

2) Play a game “What’s Ella’s phone number ?”I say my phone number to Ss once, then a student says again, see who can catch the information. Finally let a student say his or her phone number, others try to remember quickly. 这样使所学特到了巩固,学生进行比赛,活跃的课堂气氛还锻炼了学生的听力和头脑的反应力.)

Step 4 Text learning

(1) Listen to the text and answer the question:

What do you say when you answer the phone? (Hello!)

What do you say when you hang up the phone? (Goodbye!)

Jenny wants to speak to Kim. What does she say? (May I speak to…?)

(2)教师创设情景Make dialogues in pairs.(利用电话进行角色表演,)

(3)Play the game ”Pass the phone number”
