设计意图：心理学家指出，学生的学习动机和求知欲能否自然而然地涌现，很大程度上取决于教师所创设的教学情境。该英语歌曲的播放，既可以营造宽松的学习氛围，又可以吸引学生的注意力。

T：All right，let’s sing a song together. And while you’re enjoying the song，please pay attention to：What are they going to do? Now，let’s start!（PPT 播放音乐）
T：Do you like this song?
Ss：Yes，we do.
T：Well，I want to know if you have a good memory.（PPT 展示出歌曲中的人物，见图 1）

设计意图：通过演唱歌曲，共同进入欢快的童话世界。让学生带着疑问，有目的地去听，可以唤起对旧知“ What are you going to do?”的记忆。同时引入话题 a party，为下文的阅读教学做好铺垫。
