They aren’t self-confident and lose confidence in learning English. They are weak in English, Especially, grammar, they hate it so much that they don’t listen to it at all as usual. Thus, I often encourage them every class. Infinitives, although we learnt them ago, I have to make use of one class to learn it again, in other words ,it’s summary of Infinitives. Students ask for doing like this. We have learnt Six Simple Sentences and known about Subject, Predicate, Object, Object Complement, Attributive and Adverbial .

Part3. Teaching aims.

Students can master:

Is Infinitive Subject, Predicative, Object, Object Complement, Attributive,Adverbial in a Sentence? (能辨认动词不定式在句中作主语、表语、宾语、宾补、定语或状语)

Structures of the infinitive. (掌握不定式的构成)

Features of the infinitive.(理解不定式的特征)

Part4. The important and difficult points

Is Infinitive Subject, Predicative, Object, Object Complement, Attributive,Adverbial in a Sentence?

Part5. Teaching methods.

In this lesson, I mainly used “ Task-based teaching method, communicative Grammar teaching method. Besides, I also arranged activities:

1. Set up self- confidence, Speak two times in English:“ I can, I’m great, I can do, hey, hey, hey.” When they say ,they take with actions .

2. Have a competition.

3. It’s easy to attract students in making use of ppt with action pictures.

Part 6. The teaching procedure.

Now, I will mainly talk about my teaching procedures. I will follow five steps.

Step1. Warming up

It is important to set up a better English learning situation for the students.

Activity1: 1. Set up self- confidence, Speak two times:“ I can, I’m great, I can do, hey, hey, hey.” When they say ,they hand up their right hands.

Step2. Presentation.

Attract students in making use of ppt with action pictures.

Example:

1. Ask students to watch the action pictures and say out a sentences with S+V. Then, point out which is S, which is V.

2. Ask students to watch the action pictures and say out a sentences with S+V+P. Then, point out which is S, which is V, which is P.

3. Ask students to watch the action pictures and say out a sentences with S+V+O+OC. Then, point out which is S, which is V, which is O, which is OC.

4. When talk of Attributive, set up examples with pictures.

Example:

Tom answered?quickly.?

(Tom迅速回答。)

Tom answered?in English.?

(Tom用英语回答。)
