四、Pre-learning plan:

1. Self learning. The words: rope, hole, curly, fur, save, helped

Students can learn the words with the phonics they mastered. And try to guess the meaning of them according to the pictures in this lesson.

Prepare picture books. Try to act the picture book in groups.

五、Teaching Procedures:

Step I: Greeting and sharing.

Share the words and sound in groups. And tell the class what they learned.

Share the picture books in groups.

Step II: Presentation

Show some pictures of animals. Lead to the title of this unit. And divide the class into groups. Then named their groups with animals they love.

And introduce the characters of this lesson.

Group working. Guess the story according to the pictures.

Discuss what happened to the characters in groups and try to show in front.

Talk about the dialogue between the wolf and the sheep. Lead to the new word could.
