教学重点:学生对时间的理解与口语表达。

教学难点:It’s half past…句型的理解和应用。

三、教学过程:

(一)Warming-up (5 minutes)

1. Free- talk:

T:Good morning, boys and girls. How are you? Happy New year! Nice to see you again. What day is it today? What’s the date? Today we will have the first lesson of the new school year. I hope that we have a good beginning. Because a good beginning is half of success.

Are you ready? Let’s go.

2.Enjoy a number song

And count 1-60.

T: Well done. In the new year. I am happy that you all become older and better. Did you see the micro-class before the class? Now let’s have a check.

2. Self-study test for the micro-class. Good job, boys and girls.

T: Not only you become better. Li Ming wants to be better in the new school year.

In this new school year, he will come to Canada. What do you know about Canada?

S: Canada is far from China.

T: So, if you are Li Ming, how can you go to Canada.

S: Take a plane.

T: A plane flies very fast in the air. And where can we take on or take off a plane.
