教学过程

Step 1. Lead-in

The teacher let the students enjoy a video about characters, and ask students a question: What are they doing? (They are introducing characters.)

Step 2. Presentation

Show the picture of a tall man and a short girl and ask students: Who are they? What does she/he look like?

Show the picture of a fat man and a very thin girl and ask students: What does she/he look like?

Show the picture of a long-haired man and a short-haired man and ask students: What does she/he look like?

Show the picture of a shy girl and a out-going girl and ask students: What does she/he look like?

Show the picture of a lazy man and a friendly boy and ask students: What does she/he look like?

Step 3. Consolidation

描述外貌的句子

He(She) is short / tall/ thin/ fat.

He(She) has long hair/short hair.

描述性格的句子:

He(She) is shy/out-going / lazy/ friendly.

描述爱好的句子:
