Step one: Warm-up
Greeting.
Have a revision.
Review of the phrase “like to do”. And make sentences to talk about what you or your family members like to do.
Step two: Presentation
T:Do you know what Li Ming’s family like to do ? Mrs.Zhang asks him a question :
What does your family like to do?
(Students read the question after the teacher.)And Li Ming says,“We like to have fun together.”(The teacher explains the phrase“have fun”then read it. )
1.They like to go somewhere interesting for fun.Look at the pictures and tell the teacher where they are.
(Show the pictures of the cinema ,zoo ,farm ,park) Make the students say the phrase: at the cinema ,at the zoo ,on the farm ,in the park .
Talk about : What can we do at these places?
(Students should think about as many phrases as they can . )
Such as :We can go for a walk ﹨ play football ﹨ read books … in the park.
