根据我班六年级学生的实际英语认知水平,学生已经会简单地用英语描述四季不同的天气特征,描述夏天的乐趣所用动词短语大部分都是以前学过的,学生表达起来没有多大的困难。教学设计时我充分考虑这一实际认知水平,将教学重、难点处理如下:
(1)教学重点:能够用英语表达树木在不同季节的变化。
(2)教学难点:如何结合实际生活,运用真实具体、生动形象的语言情境,引导学生认知新概念,并能学以致用。
四、教学准备
(1)自制多媒体课件、单词卡片、第13课录音带。??
(2)教学实物:不同季节的树叶、春天的花朵。??
五、教学过程
StepⅠ Warming up?
(1)教师:“How is the weather,today?”
学生:“It’s sunny today.”
教师:“Very good,Let’s sing a weather song together!”
(2)教师引导学生用儿歌《两只老虎》的旋律唱出自编歌曲“How is the weather?”,歌词如下:
How’s weather? How’s weather?
Do you know? Do you know?
The weather is sunny.The weather is sunny.
I do know.I do know.
StepⅡ Leading in
(1)用课件 展示一张夏季的图片,引出课题 Summer is coming!
(2)Review:How is the weather in winter/spring/summer/autumn?
学生可以用以下句式进行问答交流:
---How is the weather in winter? ?
---It’s cold and snowy.
Step Ⅲ?Presentation
(1)教师出示实物嫩树叶、花朵、绿树叶、黄树叶、红树叶、电风扇引出下列概念:new leaves,flowers,green leaves,yellow leaves,red leaves,fan引导学生表达下列句式:
We can see new leaves and flowers in spring,green leaves in summer,yellow and red leaves in autumn. We use fan in summer.
(2)课件展示四季树木的不同图片,引出下列概念:
In winter, many trees don’t have any leaves.
In spring,trees have new leaves.
In summer, trees have green leaves.
In autumn,trees lose their leaves
