Stage 1:Greeting students ready for learning(about 5 minutes)

Step2.Review Unit 6 Topic 1

Stage 2:Pre-listening(about 12 minutes)

Step1.Show some pictures and let students retell the story with the given words.

Step2.Work in groups. Students talk about the pictures together and show their views of likes or dislikes.

Step3.The teacher shows her own views with in my view ,and tells students to use correct ways.

T:I prefer Pigsy in these characters. He enjoys eating, sleeping and wants to live a family life in Gaolaozhuang village. In my view, these things are the most important part of our life. To fight against devils or to get truth of Buddhism is important too. However, that shouldn’t be the only thing in one’s life, as the Monkey King and Monk Tangseng.

Step4.Ask 2-3 students to show their results.
