Step 1. Warm-up and Review
1.Let’s sing. PPT 播放歌曲,学生学唱。 活跃课堂气氛，引入学习话题。
2.Ask and answer。 Where did you go last weekend? 复习一下地名及公共场所名称。
Step 2. Presentation and practice
1.Lead-in.
呈现本课情景图，T: Look! Where did Wu Yifan’s father go yesterday?呈现学校功能教室或场所，说出对应的英语单词或短语.
活动目的：为生词学习做铺垫。
2.Let’s learn.
学习生词dining hall
呈现本课情景图，根据箭头指示，引出生词dining hall， 接着呈现句子：There is a dining hall in the school.
同样的方式，学习单词gym, grass。
3.Let’s read. 大声朗读含有生词的句子。
4. Watch and learn. 观看视频 Let’s learn。看、听、模仿跟读单词和句子。
可根据班级学习情况多次听音跟读，以便掌握正确的语音和语调。
5. Role-play. 分角色朗读对话，然后做单词替换练习。
6. Let’s learn. 通过图示的方法，学习表过去时间的短语。
7. Read and find out. 找出表示过去时间的单词或短语。
8. Look and say. 运用There be 句型描述学校过去与现在的变化。

Step3. Consolidation
1.Find the mistakes.
