Here’s some information about HongKong Disneyland. It lies in Lantau, HongKong. It has an area of 126.82 square kilometers. It opened on September 12,2005. It’s the fifth magic Kingdom-style park in the world, and the first theme park in China.

This is a map of HongKong Disneyland, it looks like a fist, it’s made up of four parts, What can we do in Disneyland ?(ask the tstudents to give some answers), let me show you around. Pay attention to “First, Next, Later in the afternoon, After the parade, Then, At the end of the day’’, Time order! When we talk about a trip, time order is often used.

3.careful reading: read the day carefully, answer some questions

4.retelling: retell the day with the transitions. one student, one sentence.

5. Kitty spent the whole day in Disneyland, how did she feel during the trip? Writers don’t always tell us exactly how a character in a story is feeling. We need to use story clues(线索). Reread carefully to find the sentences that shows her happiness.

Kitty had a fantastic time in Disneyland, do you want to go there? Why/Why not?
