Before-writing

Step 1 Lead-in

T: We have learnt the whole Unit8, so what have you learnt from this unit?

S: We learnt that we should protect the environment. We should go green. We should live a green life.

T: So do you know how to go green? How to protect the environment? Do you have any ideas?

T: Take out the task paper now, write down simple ways to live a green life, write down as much as you can. OK? Go!

Step 2

Task 1

Write down ways to live a green life the students have learnt in this unit.
