1) An adjective goes before the noun it modifies.
2)A prepositional phrase or participle phrase goes after the noun it modifies.

Atrributive clause: the sentence which is used to modify(修饰) a noun or proun.
T: What do we call “the singer”?
Antecedent: the noun or pronoun which is modified by an atrributive clause.
T: What do we call “who” before the attributive clause?
Relative: the word which introduces(引导) an atrributive clause.
Relatives include relative pronouns(关系代词) and relative adverbs(关系副词).
