Teaching Procedures:

Step 1 Greetings & Leading-in

T: Good morning, everyone. How are you? What’s the weather like?

Ss: Fine.

T: Fine? Yes, it’s fine, today. It’s a nice day to take a trip. Haha.

Ss: We don’t have time / money.

T: May Day is coming soon,and you’ll have some days off.Then you can take a trip with your family. But before you start off, you’d better choose a suitable place, or it will be very dangerous. Do you know the dangerous road in the world? I’ll show it to you.(Play the video.)

T: ( after showing the video) You see, it is very dangerous to drive on the road, especially at the sharp turns, without any trafficc signal. However, today we’ll meet a human traffic signal on this road in the text.
