Step1 Greeting

Step2 Revision

Let’s chant,

Basketball, basketball, I have a basketball.

Volleyball, volleyball ,I have a volleyball.

Baseball, baseball, I have a baseball.

Tennis ball, tennis ball, he has a tennis ball.

Soccer ball, soccer ball, she has a soccer ball.

(通过边说唱边鼓掌的形式,让学生在愉悦的气氛中复习知识,提高学生学习的积极性。)

Step3 Presentation

Teacher shows an English book/a set of keys/a ping-pong ball and says: I have an English book. I have a set of keys. I have a ping-pong ball. And showthe sentences to the students, Then ask the students: Do you have an English book/a set of keys/ping-pong ball? Ss: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. Pay attention to “do”.

Step4 Practice activities

The teacher show the pictures, let the students to practice like this:“I have a …. I don’t have a…” Then, the students ask and answer :“Do you have a …”“Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.”“He /She has a … He /She doesn’t have…”“Does he/she have a …?”“Yes, he/she does. /No, he/she doesn’t.”

Then ask the students to look at the sentences and tell what they find.

Step5 Task

Let the students finish the task of 3a and 3b, then ask some students to tell their answers.
