Guiding thoughts 指导思想

人类发展报告这一课开阔了学生的国际视野，打开学生了解世界发展的一扇窗户。《普通高中英语课程标准（２０１７版）》中提到英语学习核心素养的划分是语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力。 因此在本节阅读课的设计中，一方面我要培养学生的语言能力，另外一方面在对文本理解的基础之上，我更要注意培养学生跨文化意识。让他们在英语课堂中应用小组台合作探究的方式，以英语为工具来思考和表达我国近年来发展所取得的进步和成就，进而使学生的爱国之情和社会责任感进一步升华。

context analysis 教材分析

本模块的话题是发达国家与发展中国家，主要是对两者之间进行对比，让学生拓宽国际视野了解发达与发展中国家之间差异性。本节课是模块的阅读部分，我想通过让学生阅读《人类发展报告》这篇文章，让他们了解发展中国家存在的主要问题，比如饥饿，疾病，饮水安全，教育等问题，同时通过读后scene-play 小组合作活动让他们回顾了我国近年来所取得的成就，培养爱国思想。

student analysis 学情分析

高一十六班学生思维活跃，学习英语热情较高，可是口语不是很好，因此在这节课的教学设计中，我除了引导学生进行阅读训练，更主要是给学生搭建了一个展现英语魅力的舞台。在读后的设计中，我利用小组合作的方式让学生选择场景表演。一个是模仿人类发展报告的发言人在新闻发布会上答记者问，另一个是让学生讨论中国近年来的发展和成就，来调动大家学习英语的积极性。

四、Teaching goals 教学目标

1. knowledge aim；make students command key words and

phrases; comprehend the passage smoothly.

2. Ability goal: make students command the reading skills of

scanning and skimming, and they can solve the problem of finding main ideas both in paragraphs and the whole passage as well as conquer the questions in detailed reading with the skills.

3. Moral goal:

(1) make students have the quality of teamwork, and cultivate

thinking quality of thinking and solving problem in English.

(2) guide students to show their patriotism to China.
