Step 3 Detailed reading

Read the speech made by Zhu Fei and then fill in the blanks.

Highlight that in the first speech, Zhu Fei uses statistics and examples to make her points well made. ( 79% &80%; the disabled and the young)

Read the speech made by Li Lei and then figure out his statements and two main points he makes.
