三、教学过程

Step1.Show some pictures of the teacher and the students’ last weekend. And ask questions like this:

(1) What did Ms. Chen do last weekend?

(2) Who rode a horse?

(3) Where did he go last weekend?

(4) Who did he watch the soccer game with?

Step 2.Read the questions above and think about the three questions.

(1).这些特殊疑问词代表什么意思?

(2)这些问句的一般要借助哪个助动词?句子中的实义动词用什么形式?

(3)这两个Who问句为什么一个需助动词,一个不需要?

然后教师归纳:在过去时态的特殊疑问句中,一般需要借助did,而后的实义动词用原形。Who问句中Who做主语,直接加谓语动词的过去式;如果是做宾语,则需要借助did.

Step 3. Exercises in 3a.Fill in the blanks with who,what,where,or how.

Step 4. Learn 2d.

(1) Preview some new phrases and sentences with pictures helpful to remember.

(2) Role-play the conversation. Boys are Paul and girls are Lisa.

(3) Answer the five questions according to the conversation.

(4) Work in pairs to practice the conversation.

(5) Invite two of the students to act out the conversation.

Step 5. Learn exclamation.

(1) Show the students some pictures and then make sentences like this:

What a cute pig Peppa is!

What terrible weather it is!

What beautiful girls they are!

How handsome Lu Han is!

How well Yao Ming plays basketball!

(2) Sum up the usages of exclamation and then do some exercises.
