四、教学过程:

Step 1: Greeting and Guessing game (2 minutes)

Greet the Ss and have a guessing game.

T: It has no feet, but it can walk with its hands. It has no mouth, but it can speak to you. It calls Tick, Tick and Tick every day. What is it?

Ss: It’s a clock.

T: Yes, you’re so clever. A clock can tell us time. We know time is important, time is life, time is money. So we must cherish time.

Step 2: Revision (3 minutes)

时间表达法(顺读法):点钟+分钟, 整点钟在数字后加 上o’clock。

你几点做某事:What time do you +频率副词(可省)+ 动词短语?

Step 3: Practice (5 minutes)

Look at the pictures, say out the time in English. And according to Picture 4, translate the sentence into English and answer the question.

Step 4: Grammar Focus (2 minutes)

Read the sentences in Grammar Focus once first, then observe the structure of each sentence, at last make a summary.

Step 5: Summary (5 minutes)
