1)多媒体课件。

2)让学生以小组为单位准备好各类水果,酸奶,牛奶,水果刀,搅拌机等。

五.教学过程

Step 1 Warming-up

Play a nice English song: bigbigworld

让学生在活泼的歌曲中热身,活跃了气氛,为授课做好铺垫。

Step 2 Presentation

Teacher:What’s your favorite fruit? What’s your favourite drink?

Do you know how to make a milk shake? Do you want to make a milk shake? Today let’s learn to make it.

Show some things that we need to make a milk shake and teach some new words:blander, yogurt, ice cream, bananas, knife, and so on..

Step 3 New teaching

Teacher: Now, boys and girls, everything is ready now. Let’s make a banana milk shake. First, look at the screen and listen to me carefully. Then, I will ask someone to repeat how to make the banana milk shake.

Show the ways of making a banana milk shake and write down some useful phases:

peel the bananas cut up the bananas put ….in …… pour……into…… turn on

Step 4 Say and act.

Work in pairs and talk about how to make a banana milk shake. Finish Part 1a., fill in the blanks.

Listen to the tape and number the instructions.

Step 5 Learning by using

Activity I: Now class, I’m sure that you all know how to make a milk shake. Do you want to make a milk shake by yourself? Now I’d like to make a banana milk shake for you first. (The teacher can also ask a student to do this) You give me the instructions. Try to use “ first, next, then, finally”.

Activity II: Work in groups and make a milk shake together with the things you bring here today. Say the process as you make the shake.
