Analysis of students and improving measures:

In my class, most of the?students?are left-behind children, their parents pay little attention to the students’ learning, so the children did not got into good learning habits, they are lack of initiative, with the addition of the specialty of this subject(students should read and recite more, but they did not make a good foundation in their primary school), the excellent students is not enough, but the unsubstantial students make up about 20%, therefore,the students’ English abilities need improving.

In view of the above analysis, I plan to finish the teaching aims from the following aspects: 1.Teach the students to preview the new knowledge, and get into this good habit, in order to improve their learning initiative. 2. Use the students’?active nature, encourage, compete, evaluate and play games with them. 3. Stimulate all the students by all kinds of activities. 4. Create active and interesting party’s atmosphere by using modern teaching media and tools. 5. Consolidate the students’ basic knowledge.?

Step 1 Greeting ( 2 minutes )

Greet students.

T: Hi, boys and girls, nice to meet you! I’m your new friend, Rachel. I’m a party girl, I like all kinds of parties, but I like birthday parties best, because I like delicious cakes.
