When they function as subjects, the verbs should be singular compared with words like: clothes, trousers, belongings, earnings, etc. Here comes the fifth rule: ”Words like news, physics, mathematics and Aids take a singular verb; words like goods, clothes, congratulations, belongings, earnings, savings and remains take a plural verb.Students are supposed to answer the questions using the structure “I like/don’t like… (subject), because…(subject) is easy/different to learn.”

(ACTIVATE)教学反思?“主谓一致”是一个比较简单的语法现象，就是规则比较多，难以一下子记住。我从日常话题入手，将琐碎的语法规则贯穿于交流当中，让他们在语境中更快、更轻松、更准确地理解语法规则，并将这些规则内化，从而达到交际的目的。特别是最后一篇自创的融合了本节课所讲的全部规则的一篇短文，给学生提供了一个记忆语法规则的好素材。另外，由于这篇短文非常真实，描述的是他们真实的学校以及他们真实的学习生活，学生倍感亲切和自豪，由此将本节课推向了一个高潮。
本节课最大的不足之处在于板书设计不够规整、清晰。需练习和改进。
