2.Work on 1a: look at the possible endings to the story about unhappy king. Read and translate the sentences.

Step4 Listening

Work on 1c:Listen to The Shirt of a Happy Man (Part Ⅱ) and check (?) the things that happened in the rest of the story.

Work on 1b:Listen again. Answer the questions.

Check the answers.

Step5 Work on 1e

Free talk: Do you agree with the poor man’s thoughts about happiness?

Invite three students to role-play the the rest of the story.
