四年级的学生大多处于10岁左右,这个阶段的孩子注意力不稳定,难于长时间的注意同一件事物,容易为一些新奇刺激的事物所吸引,这就对知识点的呈现方式以及问题设置提出了高的挑战。教学重点和教学难点

(1)、能掌握四会词汇:desk, cup和clock等;三会词汇guess.

(2)、能熟练运用句型:What’s …? A/An…/Some….来运用于日常交际。

(3)、让学生能听懂,会说,会读,能正确的理解对话内容,并能初步表演对话。教学过程Teaching proceduresTeacher’s activitiesStudents’ activitiesPurpose

Step 1 Lead-in

(TPR)1、Free talk:

T: I’m very happy to see you all. The weather today is very nice, right?

Ss: Yes, it’s (sunny/fine).

T: Yeah. After all, the cold winter has gone away, I love warmness. While, how are you feeling while seeing such beautiful weather?

Ss: I’m happy. / I’m excited.

T: Great! When I see such nice weather, I can’t help singing. Do you like singing?

Ss: I like singing very much.

2、Sing the song “on, in, under” together.

3、Quick response.(do the actions of “on, in and under”)1. Cooperate with the teacher in order to warm the class.

通过交谈,引入话题,同时与学生一起观看有关方位介词的歌曲小视频,与学生共唱共演,引起学生们的兴趣。Step 2

Presentation1. Use two pictures to show on/ in, and present the word “spaceship”.

2. Free talk:

T: Do you want to go to Qi qi’s home? And how?

Ss: We can go to Qi qi’s home by spaceship.

3. Imitate the launching of spaceship to arrive at Qi qi’s home.

4. While visiting Qi qi’s study, ask Ss a question, “What can you see in his study?”……then, the second one, “What’s on the desk?”…….

5. While visiting Qi qi’s bedroom ask Ss a question, “What can you see in his bedroom?”……then, the second one, “What’s on the bed?”…….1. Cooperate with the teacher.

2. Practice the dialogue: “What’s on the desk?”

“Some cups.”

“What’s on the bed?”

“A box.”通过动画呈现on/in, 从而引出spaceship,引导学生乘坐宇宙飞船走进外星人齐齐的家里。通过观察书房和卧室的摆设,练习本课时的重点句型。Step 3
