T Show the first picture of the story book

“Look! This is a family, this is a man (point to John’s father) this is a woman (point to John’s mother) and this is a boy and a girl (point to the boy and girl)? Now, let’s read man, woman.boy, girl. Who is the boy? What’s his name? who is the woman? Who is the man ? Can you ask questions like this? Who is the girl(sister)?

Lead SS to ask questions.

Then show SS a question

Where are they?

A. in the house B. out of the house

What are they going to do?

They are going to…(go camping/camping/go to the park)

Write a sentence on BB “Are they happy?” YES! Put a smile face on the BB.

2. While-learning

1.Look at the second picture

T: Quick is sad (cry) because I left! I can’t go. I left! I can’t go. I left! (show a sad face)

They left Quick at the neighbour’s house.

We are going to start off, John’s family are putting the bags in the car, who wants to be the father, mother, John and Anna?

(Ask SS to put bags in the car)
