Step1 Warming up
T: To begin the class, let’s enjoy a video. After watching it, please tell me what’s the video about? Are you clear?
S: Yes.
T:What’s the video about?
S:It’s about travel.
T: Do you like travel? I like travel very much. Where do you want to go this winter vacation?
S1: I want to go to Sanya, because I can eat lots of delicious seafood.
S2: I want to go to Hangzhou, because I can row a boat on West Lake.
S3: I want to go to Beijing, because I can visit the Great Wall and eat Beijing Duck.
设计意图：学生自由发挥介绍自己想去的城市，活跃课堂气氛，调动学生积极性，创设良好的英语氛围，为下一步教学活动的开展做好准备。
T: This winter vacation I want to go traveling too. But this time I want to go abroad. I want to visit some cities in other counties, so today let’s learn something about different cities around the world.
