Preparation

问候分组:Daming’s team VS Fangfang’s team.

游戏:头脑风暴(Brain Storm)

快速出示present,chopsticks,toy panda,dragon kite四个与本课密切相关的单词的图片,请同学快速记忆,然后出示其中3张图片,请同学回答“What’s missing?”,以这样一个记忆游戏调动学生的学习兴趣,让学生迅速进入课堂学习状态。

Free talk

教师指向“present”这幅图片说:“Now let’s talk about the present,will you give your friend a toy panda/chopsticks/dragon kite as a present?跟同学就礼物展开话题交流,引入学生用书Unit 1活动1。

SB Unit 1活动1

请同学观看学生用书Unit 1活动1动画,理解语境并回答问题“What’s the present for the cat?”,由答句“A paper fish”引出新单词“paper”,领读,指读,板书,齐读。

出示句子“I’ll make a paper fish for her.”引出语法知识“I’ll=I will”,“will=be going to”,板书并引导学生说出句子“I will make a paper fish for her.”和“I am going to make a paper fish for her.”,以此加深学生对“will”的理解与运用。

文化角一出示剪纸图片“paper fish”,感受剪纸文化的传统与美丽,然后讨论问题“Do you think a paper fish will be a great present for the cat?”接着请学生跟读模仿学生用书Unit 1活动1。

Presentation

教师出示母亲节图片,说:“Mother’s Day will come in May,I will make a present for mum ,will you help me?”引出课题“Will you help me?”并板书课题,齐读课题 ,进而呈现本课任务:Talk about the presents you will give to mum on Mother’s Day with “will”.

Learning

教师做课文背景介绍:“Daming is going to visit his cousin Simon in New York,he will take a present for Simon.Now he is talking about the present with Fangfang.”请同学观看学生用书Unit 1活动1动画,整体感知课文,同时回答问题:“Will Daming take a toy panda for Simon? Why?”

交流问题答案:“Will Daming take a toy panda for Simon? Why?”,由答句“No,he won’t. Because Simon’s mum and grandma are Chinese.”引出新单词“Chinese”,领读,指读,板书,齐读。出示图文:We live in China,we are Chinese ,we speak Chinese. We study Chinese at school and we’ll be great Chinese pupils. We love China.指读,齐读,让同学在语境中感受“Chinese”的不同含义,同时渗透爱国主义教育。

请同学们再次观看学生用书Unit 1活动2动画,尝试回答以下问题:

问题1. What present will Daming take for Simon?

问题2. Will a dragon kite be a great present ?

问题3. What will Daming write on the dradon kite?

4.交流问题答案,深入理解课文

交流问题1“What present will Daming take for Simon?”及答案“He will take a dragon kite.”创设情景,引出目标语句,进行板书,师生互读,同座互读,分角色表演,多种方式操练目标语句。

Daming : I’ll make a kite.

Fangfang : Will you help me?

Daming : Of course I will.

播放在中国潍坊国际风筝节众人放飞龙风筝的视频,让同学在情境中感受中国人对龙风筝的喜爱,教师相机提问:“Do you like dragon kite?引出文化角二,让学生感受dragon kite的传统与美丽,培养文化意识,引出问题2“Will a dragon kite be a great present ?”及答案“Yes,it will be a great present.”

回答问题3. What will Daming write on the dradon kite? He will write the Chinese word for “dragon” on it.学习单词word,板书,多种方式操练。出示文化角三,学生感受Chinese word传统与美丽。

4.出示关于课文4组问答句,同伴之间互相问答,然后展示,强化语言知识。
