T: Let’s chant with our action.

T: Today we ’ll talk about “Home” again.板书:“Unit 4 Home Lesson 4 Again, please!”

【设计意图】饱满的学习状态是成功英语课堂的重要起点。新课伊始,Let’s chant将学生直接带入本课情境,为新知的学习做好了铺垫。

Step 2 Presentation and Practice

Part 1:

播放课件,看图片,复习L1,描述李明的房间。

T: Whose home is it? It’s Liming’s home. What does Li Ming say?(课件出示李明的房间)

Welcome to Liming’s room. We have a big living room. We have a nice dining room. And we have two bedrooms.

【设计意图】通过看图片,复习L1中的句子,通过填空复习L1中出现的重点词汇。

Part 2:

Let’s go to the living room. Look. There is a big TV here. So “We _______ in the ________”

Now let’s go to the bedroom. What can you see in the bedrrom? Look here. There are some books on the desk , so “ I_____ in the _______.”

This is the dining room . There is a big table in the dining room. We ______ in the _______.

【设计意图】最后一个句子给学生一定的语言支撑,让学生可以拓宽学生眼界,让学生更多更好的表达,更好地复习L2中的句子及重点词汇。

Part 3:

Where’s Danny now? I s he in the kitchen? Is he under the bed? Is he behind the door?

课件显示Lesson 3的图片,复习Lesson 3课文。

Part4:

1、利用实物复习介词“on in under behind”

【设计意图】帮助学生有效地归纳、整理所学知识,并引导学生复习介词,可以让学生更好的掌握方位介词。

Play a game. Find and say. “Where’s the bear/ rabbit/Danny?”

First, Ss ask and answer ,then watch the flash.

【设计意图】游戏将学生的学习情绪再度激发起来,学生在说一说、动一动、玩一玩中将所学知识内化于心。

Part 5:

Show them a pictur e of Lesson 4. This is Jenny’s home in Canada. It’s nice.

Watch the flash and repeat .

Watch the VCR. Fill in the blanks.

Talk about the answers in groups. Have some students answer.
