八年级上册《UNIT 3 The Forbidden City Listen and Speak》优质课教案教学设计

【教材分析】

1.教材地位及作用1.This lesson focuses on the topic of a famous Chinese travel ling site—the Forbidden City, so it is easy to arouse the Ss’ learning interest.

2. To attain “four skills” request of listening, speaking, reading and writing, I will have the students do some exercise about the text.

3. Such a topic is very important in this unit. I will lead the students to be creative. For example, helping them use English to describe their traveling experiences. So I think if the students can learn this lesson well, it will be helpful to make them learn the rest of this unit.

4. While teaching them, it can be helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken language

2. 教学目标

知识目标: (1) To study the new words “tour”, “visitor” and “Palace Museum” etc.

(2) To learn and master the phrases “to begin with, be surrounded by”, etc.

(3) To understand the main idea of the article

(4) To know about the usage of reported speech

能力目标:(1) To develop the students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

(2) To predict some information and understand the whole article.

(3) To train the students’ ability of working in pairs.

情感态度价值观:

(1) Through different teaching methods to make students be interested in English study.

(2) To develop the spirit of cooperation through teamwork and pair- discussion

(3) Encourage the students to understand our country’s heritage and love our country.

3.教学重点、难点

1.教学重点:(1).Be able to express words, phrases and sentences in English.

(2).To get an overall understanding of the whole text

2.教学难点: Be able to enable the Ss to talk about their ideas in daily life.

【学情分析】 The students have learned English for several years. They understand some words and simple sentences and they have certain basis of English learning. They enjoy learning through cooperation in a relaxing atmosphere.

【教学策略】

Teach the students how to be successful language learners.

2. Make situation and provide meaningful duty, encourage the students to study the text by themselves.
