Teaching Procedures

Step1 warming up

1.Listen to a song and Ss sing with their activities.

Step2 lead-in

1.Show a “Profile” of me to lead the main conversation to review the knowledges we had learned. Such as “I like…s.﹨I have…s.﹨I can do….”

2.Guessing game.

T: Who do I introduce? Here is a film named “The man’s profile”. I will give the key information and you should answer quickly.

Step 3 contents

1.Presentation

(1). Ss show the “profile” of page67. T ask 2 or 3 Ss to introduce it in the first person Others guess who is he﹨she.

(2). Listen to a song for regard. To get the key words “mouth nose ears eyes”.

2.Story time

(1). Show the picture book named by using PPT. T read the story. The student should listen carefully and try to guess the meaning of the new words and the sentences.

(2). Q1.How about his eyes?

—He has two big eyes/small eyes

Q2.Is his mouth big too?

— Yes. / No.

Q4.How about his nose and ears?

—His nose is big/small.

His ears are ... too.

Q5.What does he like?

—He likes ....

Q6.What does he have?

—He has ....

3.Group works

T: To make your own picture book. 6 in group to finish the sentence in the picture that I have already gived.
