Students learn to practice and recognize new words.

Let students understand and memorize these phrases and sentences: How’s the weather? The weather is cold and snowy. It’s warm and rainy. It’s hot and sunny. The weather is windy and cloudy.

Ⅵ Teaching steps

Step 1 Presentation(新课呈现):

教师询问:How’s do you feel in spring? 学生回答,通过师生问答为学生做示范。举例:Spring is very warm. The leaves are green. We can see many flowers in spring./Winter is cold. We can make snowmen and have snowball fights.

根据学生喜欢的季节,重新分组,让学生参考卡片图描述自己喜欢的季节。

Step 2 Practice(趣味操练):

教师将四季图片发给学生,让孩子画出自己最喜欢的季节里的树,并到同学中进行调查,发现其他同学画的内容。

Step 3 Consolidation and extension(拓展练习):

It is spring

It is warm in spring。

We can fly kites in spring.

2.教师出示单词卡片,让学生按照上面给出的句子,的、对四季进行练习。

Step 4 Homework:

1、背诵并抄写四季单词。

2、收集有关季节的英语谚语。
