Step II.
Leading-in
1. Review some vehicles.
2. Watch a video: Let’s travel.
3.Ask pupils: Ms Ouyang has some plans for the summer holiday, do you want to know?
Step III.
Presentation
Create a situation: Ms Ouyang is going to travel to some places.
1. Look at the ppt, learn the new words in the sentences under the situation.
2.Show the cards one by one , let the pupils read after the teacher, and syllable the words after teacher.
3.Have the pupils syllable the words one by one.
4.Have the pupils read the words together and teacher corrects the pronounce if necessary.
5.Summarize the ways of transportation.
6.Play a game(Bomb game).
7.Sharp eyes.(Have the pupils look at PowerPoint carefully, and then read the moving words out as soon as possible. )
8.Exercise (finish two tasks)
(1)Fill in blanks.
(2)Words translation.
9.Sum-up.(The pupils read the words together.)
