VII .Teaching process：

Step 1. Warm up　

1.Sing the song “Walking walking ”. [设计意图：通过热身活动消除孩子的心理压力]

2.Review the words: Look at the PPT and say the words as quickly as you can. [设计意图：复习所学单词为下一步新知的导入做准备，又集中了孩子的注意力，为外语课的学习做好热身]。　

Step2?. Introduce the topic of this unit: shapes.　　

1.T： Look at the castle, it is made of shapes. Today we will learn some new shapes .[设计意图：通过出示城堡的图片吸引孩子的注意力]。

Step 3.Presentation:　　

1. Show the card of rectangle/house。 Ask the students what shape is it?（同时黑板出示本节课的重点句型）。Teach the word “rectangle”（Hide and seek游戏）；Teach the word “house”（用不同的身体部位来摸单词，并大声说出单词）。[设计意图：通过不同的方式导入新知，牢牢吸引孩子的注意力在好奇心的驱使下，孩子们对所学知识更有兴趣，更乐意主动地去学习。导入新的句型What shape is it?不是去生硬的教知识，而是在孩子有交流的需要时，很自然的呈现新句型。正所谓“不愤不悱，不启不发”]。　

2.在教授完rectangle and house,出示window.教授单词，并让学生观察窗户的形状，引出本课的重点句型The window is square.让孩子们结合本节课所学的单词及句子说出一些关于The…is…的句型。[设计意图：让孩子积极地去思考，并且将生活中的一些实物用所学的句型说出来，将所学的内容运用于生活中]。
