T: I’ve got an invitation card from Lisa .Let’s read it. When does she have the party? What time does the party begin? Have you got her invitation card? How does she invite you? Would you like to act?
Have the children act the dialogue in Lesson 13.

Step 2. Presentation
T: Lisa invites us. And she also tells us something about her birthday .
A. Look and listen. (Play the PPT)
B. Let’s read. Learn the new phrases. （板书词组）
T: I’m very happy to get her card. And I would like to invite a friend to come with me. Look, this is my little friend. He’s singing. His name is Declan. (Watch the video)
T: He sings well , right? Let’s invite him to Lisa’s party. OK?
How can we invite him? We can say “ Would you like to come to...?”
How does he answer?
S: Sure. I’d love to. (板书句型)
T: I invite Declan and I’d like to give Lisa a birthday card. What would you like to do? （学生发言）
T: Would you like to invite some little friends? Here are some child stars and they are very popular now. If you want to invite one of them you can say “I would like to invite...to Lisa’s birthday party.”
Show them the pictures, have them say the sentences.
T: Great! So many friends will come to Lisa’s birthday. It must be a big party. So where would she like to celebrate her birthday party?
