程 Step 1 Warming-up
1.Read a chant.
2.Free talking about daily life.
Step 2 Presentation
1.Review the words of sports and some countries. Listen and do some actions.
2. Ask Ss talk about their outdoor activities.
Where are you from? Are you in…? What do you do on Monday?
3. Point out the countries on the map.
4. Show different pictures on CAI and learn the new words.
Present the new words: Nancy, Kate, Andrew, UK ,
5. Have the Ss say the words as they point to the photos.
Step 3 Practice
1.Mechanical drills
1)T: Listen to the tape and have Ss repeat.
Play the tape and have Ss repeat each word.
2)Point to the pictures and ask. Who is he? Where’s he from? What does he like dong?
