III. Presentation and Practice
1. We know, on Halloween, people wear scary clothes. And what do people wear on Easter? Watch the CDROM.
（设计意图：通过万圣节人们的穿着引出问题：人们在复活节穿戴什么？第一遍观看动画感知文本）
2. People wear special hats. What’s the name of the hats? Teach Easter Hats. And stick the key word Easter Hats on the blackboard.
3. Look at the picture. What’s on the hats? There are toy chicks and flowers on the hats. Listen and repeat the sentence.
4. Enjoy some pictures and lead students to finish the sentences:
There are on the hats. (toy chicks and flowers/ bunnies)

5. Ask students to read and answer: Q1: When is Easter in the UK? Q2:what do people give children? Q3: what are sometimes in the big eggs? Then feedback.
（设计意图：给出问题，让学生自主阅读找出答案，采用多种方式完成文本内容的学习，训练学生阅读查找信息的能力。在学生回答问题的同时，课件呈现答案，顺便把关键词in spring, Easter Eggs贴到黑板上，完成板书）

We have learned two festivals: Halloween and Easter. Can you identify them? Let’s try. For example: Children wear scary clothes is Halloween; Children wear special hats is Easter. How about others? This time, let’s discuss with pairs and find out which one is Halloween and which one is Easter.

What festivals do you know? Children’s Day, Mother’s Day and so on. Lead students to say some festivals and try to talk about it with 1 or 2 sentences.

Today we are going to focus on 4 festivals: Christmas, Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and Children’s Day. We will make a poster of these 4 festivals. Every group has an envelope. In the envelope, there are pictures and a poster. First, choose the right pictures of the festival. Then stick the pictures on the poster. Talk about the festival. You can talk about the name of the festival, when is the festival, what do children do and what do people do on this festival. At last, finish the sentences below the form.

It’s Mid-Autumn Festival. And I want to know your favourtie festival. But before that, I will show you how to introduce your favourite festival. First, you can say the name of the festival, and when is it, what do people do or what do children do. At last, how do you feel about the festival. Talk about your favourite festival in groups.
