1. Teacher says “We’ll know our friends’ habits.”

Turn to Page 47.Ask Ss to find out who are their new friends?

2. Play the cartoon and lead the children to say the sentences.

3. Four Ss a group practice to say the text.

4. Let students say the text out in pairs based on the blackboard -writing. Then say the text together.

5. Let Ss say the text like “Maomao never plays football. He doesn’t like it.” Then show.

IV. Consolidation.

1. Look and write. Ask Ss to write the habits about themselves.

Ask one child to write on the computer. Then show for all.

Then call two Ss to say.

2. Teacher and the children finish the table of habits and then ask teacher some questions to know her habits. Bring bars of different length to show the usage of the four adverbs of frequency..

3. Make Ss to ask others whom they want to know.

V. Further development.

1. Show pictures of good and bad habits. Then finish a composition based on the word bank. Write the habits about themselves.

2. Show and correct two students’ work.

3. Say a chant to have a rest. And teach the phrase “be mean”.

4. Give students a saying and a piece of advice.

“Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.”

“Good habits with us.”

VI. Homework:

Complete your

composition after class.I. Greeting.

Then repeat the chant.
