Nowadays, it is normal for us to encounter stress in a complex society. No one can escape or avoid it. Stress can have a variety of causes, such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, or even the death of someone close to you. Sometimes, you'll have to deal with ongoing stress positively. If we can stimulate our courage and confidence to overcome the stress on us, we are on the way to success.

Therefore, in my opinion, facing stress in life, we could adopt a two pronged approach. First of all, when we try our best and struggle to run after our goals, and even the things don’t turn out as expected, we are expected to let go of the outcome. Secondly, if we talk to our friends or family members, the tension will be relieved by talking and sharing.

In conclusion, to avoid stress, we had better master the wisdom of letting go and sharing our tension with others.
