I’m writing this letter to share with you my opinions on where the famous painting exhibition should be held. As far as I’m concerned, it is more reasonable to hold the painting exhibition in Shanghai Museum. My reasons are as follows.
First of all, in terms of convenience, the Shanghai Museum located in the city center, is a better choice. People can go there by public transportation such as subway, bus and so on. What’s more, compared with community libraries, Shanghai Museum boasts a larger space, providing visitors with a more comfortable environment to appreciate the famous paintings.
In addition, Shanghai Museum, a famous and distinguished museum both at home and abroad, is more professional, for it has successfully held many national and international exhibitions and its advertising and organizing experience is of no match; also its staff is qualified. What is of great importance is that not only does it provide advanced facilities and high-tech monitors but also offers professional security guards to ensure the quality and safety of the exhibition.
Consequently, I strongly propose that the painting exhibition is to be held in the Shanghai Museum. Thank you for your consideration.
