教学活动

一、【导入】Warm up

1. Look at the teaching aims.

T: Ok, boys and girls. Before our class, I will devide you into four groups. (China, Canada,America and Singapore).Understand?If you do well in my class,you can get the picture cards.They are about the places of interest. Do you like them? Now look here at our teaching aims,read it by yourselves, and prepare for today's lesson.

2. Show some famous places to the students and ask them to talk about the places they visited before.

T: Can you tell me where did you go during your holiays?S1:I went to Guilin last summer holidays.

S2:I went to Harbin last winter holidays.

T: When did you go there?

Who did you go with?

How long did you stay there?

What did you do there?

S: ......

3. Summer holiday is coming. What places are you going to visit?

设计意图:(课前知识树展示,让学生明确目标。同时进行分组,向学生介绍著名的旅游景点,并让学生展示自己去过的地方,通过师生互动,生生互动,激活学生思维,调动学生学习热情,此外针对暑假快要来临了,让学生谈论自己暑期的出行计划。进一步巩固复习相关词汇和句型。并利用发放著名经典图片的方式进行有效评价,孩子们兴趣盎然。)

二、【讲授】Presentation

1. Task3---Read, number and talk.

T:Let’s have a look at our friends’ travel plans.What places are they going to visit?

设计意图:(小组合作,阅读四段文字之后对图片进行标号,文本共为学生呈现了四个国家的标志性景点及名胜古迹。通过读后标号的方式来检测学生对文字内容的理解情况。首先,教师先带着学生一起来复习一下这几张图片,以检测学生对学过的国家的标志性景点及名胜古迹的学习情况。)

2. Learn the numbers.

设计意图:(进行完标号环节,顺势由最后一个数字9,引出千位数字的英文读法学习,之后进行专项数字练习,及时巩固强化。

3. Let’s talk.

Where is she/he going?

What is he/she going to do?

Who is he/she going with?

设计意图:(小组合作,分别讨论四位朋友的旅行计划,设计三个问题,组内学员互动问答,另一个学生到前面根据回答情况粘贴相应的图片和文字。通过这种合作学习的方式,不仅对文本知识的学习起到进一步的巩固深化的作用,也提高了学生的合作学习的能力。)
