教学准备:

课堂整体运用任务型教学模式以及阅读课“四个阶段”教学模式。本课指导学生通过阅读获取信息,培养学生阅读技能。在教学过程中,采用多媒体手段辅助教学,利用各种图片和习题任务贯穿整个教学过程。因此,本节课需准备:PPT课件、点读笔、音响。

五、学习评价方案

1.针对目标一,采用提问方式检测学生的词义。

2.针对目标二,采用三层次阅读,设置不同的阅读任务,根据学生的学习效果,检测学生是否能够运用skimming和careful reading的阅读技巧。

六、教学设计

Step 1 课前多层次读单词,检查词义,扫除阅读生词障碍。

Step 2 Warming up and lead in.

Free talk: Hello, boys and girls. Do you want to learn English in foreign countries? Which country would you like to go? Where do you want to go if you go to America? As for me, I’d like to go to LA. Here is a video about it. Let’s enjoy it. From the video, what can you see?

设计意图:通过让学生看图谈论图片及自由交谈快速进入本课的话题,训练了学生的反应,并在无形中培养学生大胆说英语的习惯

设计意图:引导学生谈论图片,训练学生描述图片的能力。在描述的同时学习新单词和句型,尽量做到词不离句,为学生扫清阅读障碍。
