教学准备：
课堂整体运用任务型教学模式以及阅读课“四个阶段”教学模式。本课指导学生通过阅读获取信息，培养学生阅读技能。在教学过程中，采用多媒体手段辅助教学，利用各种图片和习题任务贯穿整个教学过程。因此，本节课需准备：PPT课件、点读笔、音响。
五、学习评价方案
1.针对目标一，采用提问方式检测学生的词义。
2.针对目标二，采用三层次阅读，设置不同的阅读任务，根据学生的学习效果，检测学生是否能够运用skimming和careful reading的阅读技巧。
六、教学设计
Step 1 课前多层次读单词，检查词义，扫除阅读生词障碍。
