Step 1: Lead-in
T: Hello, boys and girls, I like shopping on weekends. Do you like shopping? My birthday is coming, so I want to have a party. But I don’t know what to buy. Can you help me.
Make a dialogue like this:
S: Do you need any….. ?
T: No, I don’t have any…..
S: You can buy some…..
T: Good idea/Thank you /Wonderful...

Ok, thank you for your help. Look at these sentences. Think carefully and tell me how to use “some” and “any”?
some/any 既可以修饰可数名词复数,又可以修饰不可数名词。
some通常用于肯定句, any既可以用于否定句,又可以用于疑问句。

Let the students to have a free talk. Work in groups.
