No. 5. Teaching and learning methods

In these lesson, I will mainly use task-based teaching method communication teaching method. Meanwhile, according to the teaching method, I also design two activities: pair work and group work.

No.6 teaching procedures

Step1. warm-up

(1). Greetings.

T:Good morning boys and girls. Today I am happy to see you. I feel very happy. What about you? Happy right?

S: happy

(2).sing Happy song together.

(3)review : Is there a banana on the table? Yes,there is. No ,there isn’t.

Step 2. presentation

(1) Communicate with the students:

T:.after reviewing ,let’s go to the nature park and see what’s in the park?

S:OK

(2) Teach the new words by show some pictures. Students can guess: what’s this in English? Ask some students

(3) listen to the tape and read after me.

(4) play a game: louder and lower

I can say lake in a louder voice and students can say this word in a lower voice.Or I can say hill in a lower voice, students can say this word in a louder voice.

(5) show the new sentences with the new words:
