四.教学重点、难点
根据学生的实际情况，结合小学生的认知规律和心理特点，我将本课的重点、难点确定为：
1.重点：掌握形容词比较级：taller, shorter, younger,older,stronger的构成、发音，并理解其意思。
2.难点：能灵活使用比较级用语I am (tall)er than you . ，并能根据实际情况替换其关键词。掌握长度单位centimeter的发音。

1．Let’s chant .师生对唱：

Ss ：Young, young, young, I am young.
T：Old, old, old, who is old?

T：Strong, strong, strong, who is strong?
Ss ：Strong, strong, strong, we are strong.
2．Free talk
T： Hello，class. How are you?
Ss ：I’m fine.Thank you. And you?
T： Fine ，too. Who’s your music teacher?

T： What’s she like?
S1：She’s tall/young/thin./kind/funny ......(老师板书这些形容词)
3.课件出示教学目标：
a.能听、说、认读、写Let’s learn的四会单词：taller、shorter、 younger、older、stronger 。
