1. Introduce the four different types of non-predicate verbs.

1.不定式 to do 有还没有做的含义.

2.动名词doing 表示抽象的名词意义

3.现在分词doing 表示主动或进行的意义.

4.过去分词done 表示被动或完成的意义.

动词不定式的用法:

做主语

做宾语: would like to do, decide to do, hope to do, wish to do, plan to do, expect to do 等表示命令、打算或希望的动词

做宾语补足语:allow sb. to do sth. / encourage sb. to do sth. / tell sb. to do sth. / want sb. to do sth.

would like sb. to do sth. / wish sb. to do sth.

动名词做主语

动词加动名词

介词加动名词

现在分词和过去分词做后置定语的用法:

1. 1.做定语,单个的分词作定语放在被修饰词前,分词短语作定语放在被修饰词的后面。

Eg: 1)This is a _________(read) room.

2) His __________(speak) English is very good.
