2、过程与策略目标：
在教学过程中，体现以学生为主体，老师作引导的新课标理念，让学生在练习实践中总结出规律和技巧，训练学生的归纳能力，并在实践中加以应用。在课堂上，采取以学生互评为主，老师点评为辅的形式，同学间相互帮助练习以及相互评价，调动学生的积极性和自主性。以课本话题healthy diet为主线，以及利用明德学子美国游学的亲身经历，设计一系列教学活动，教学的每个步骤都具有较强目的性，并与生活实际相结合，这不但能较好调动学生的积极性，同时能让学生将信息转述的技能运用到实际生活场景当中，最大优化教学的有效度。
情感态度目标：
培养学生均衡饮食的意识，养成合理的饮食习惯，不挑食。
了解美国的饮食文化，培养学生的跨文化交际意识。
五、教学重点、难点
教学重点：
（1）学生听力过程中铺抓关键信息能力和速记能力的培养。
（2）口语表达时，注意句子结构和时态的意识培养和能力培养。
教学难点：
结合课堂练习，将所归纳的听力和复述技巧有效的运用到实践中，并做到融会贯通。
六、教学设计理念
英语新课程标准指出“基础教育阶段英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神；使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的综合语言运用能力；本课紧扣课标的要求进行设计，任务型教学、设计较合理，任务设计层层递进有难易梯度，结合课本话题和听力练习，分层训练学生听取信息、记录信息和转述信息的能力。重在练习中，让学生实践与体会，并归纳出信息转述时的技巧和规律。让学生掌握课堂的主动权，自主学习，从而提高学生英语应用的综合能力。
