Teaching steps

Step1. lead-in to the teaching focus by showing Passage1 assigned before (2m)

(1m)(Greet students by saying “Morning”, showing pictures of popular computer games to arouse Ss’ interest , and focus strategies of Grammar filling---verbs)

(1m)(Hold Passage1 and say) The passage you finished is about filling in the blanks. So, today, we will learn something about filling in the blanks. (Bb(left): fill in the blanks) (PPT2). [9:52]

Step2. Study and find (PPT3) (6m)

(2m)Are you familiar with this passage?

Why? Because this passage is from the test held by QBJ you took a few days ago and I know the average score of your class is more than 100, which is really great. So I’m sure you can still remember the answers. Can you? Let’s have a check.

(2m)What is tested in each blank? ……

Let’s first take No.61 for example. The answer is “in”, and it’s about “介词”. Then you know No.62 is “impression”, from the verb “impress” to the noun “impression”. It’s about “动词转化为名词”.

How about others?

(Show what are tested from No.63 to No.70 one by one by)……

(2m)Now study No.62, 63, 68 and 69, paying specially attention to the words in brackets.
